Robin Baltierra is the president of Green Tech Group, Inc. based in Chicago, Illinois. As a project manager and environmental consultant since June 2005, she has performed various projects in the municipal, institutional, commercial, industrial and residential sectors, among others. Robin ensures compliance with Federal, State & Local governmental permitting processes and advises customers of Design Recommendations for Building Green Projects. These duties, combined with special interests and training in Business Managerial Skills in the construction field brings a broad knowledge of her expertise to any project. She received her under graduate degree in Business Management from Robert Morris College, received a Business Development Certificate from Dartmouth College i New Hampshire through Tuck Business School for Minority Entrepreneurs and continually receives educational and training certificates in the Green Industry. Most recently, her company received the Business Venture Challenge 2008 award sponsored by the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO).

Her company has worked on City of Chicago Fire House Stations participating on Solar Panel installations, Senior Housing Facilities, Green Restaurants, different manufacturing plants, a Wind Turbine Site Assessment and Feasibility Analysis for a tree nursery and most recently converting an existing dental office into a Green Dental facility.

Robin strongly believes and promotes an integrated approach when considering the Design and Implementation for any new or existing building; to incorporate all options and solutions ranging from New and Proven Technological Advancements, Renewable Energy Conservation and Indoor Air Quality Techniques as well as Green/Environmental Friendly Building Products.
